Is anyone else having issues with Models and Minis since their 'Winter Sale' started?

I put an order in with them two months ago, and haven't heard hide nor hair since. The order didn't show up in my account page there, but I have my receipt that their system automatically emailed me when I paid.

So far, I've tried to email them directly, and used the "Contact" form on their page, and heard nothing but big silence.

Silence is never good.

I know a lot of smaller companies have a hard time keeping up with CS right after they had a big sale, but even then you shouldn't be waiting more than a week.

Keep us updated, but if they don't reply promptly, you might have to request a chargeback from your CC.

I've finally got a response from M&M, though it consisted of 'We'll look into it" after joining a surprisingly large Reddit thread about how poor their customer service has been following this sale.

Ok, well, despite them telling me that my order was cast and shipped back on the 12th, no sign of anything, no tracking from the Post Office and a return to complete radio silence from M&M, so I'm going through Paypal now.

Which pisses me off because I really wanted those.
