Simply put, this is a pure drama factor, or a Fluffy unit that can play some role but has very limited effects. It included several armed serfmen and a cart filled with ammo and supplies.

armed Serf can be represented simply by some ordinary guardsmen. but if you want some of them to operate that cart (either with a remote, or by their hand) or even loading their supply, that's a different story.

and for that cart, the Cyclops remote control tiny kamikaze tank would be a perfect main bit.

What about reposing/converting some of the servitors from the black templars range for this purpose? I'm thinking of the minis you can find accompanying Grimaldus or on the base of Helbrecht.
