Is it possible for polls to automatically close after a certain amount of time (say a year)?

Sometimes a poll pops back up from ten years ago and people vote again... but the poll results can be pretty meaningless when spread across such a timespan. In addition, it often triggers necro on the associated thread.

The example that comes to mind first is the "How old are you?" Poll, where all of the original respondents are now in an entirely different age bracket to what they were when they answered...

Automatically Appended Next Post:
It occurred to me that I missed the ironic choice of making this a poll...

The polls that come up on the front page (the one from the 'polls' forum) are not subjects that it matters if it is necro'd and it's not an issue if the results are 10 years old. There are a few polls that pop up every now and again that were previously locked that it would be better if they didn't pop up on the front page but other than that its not an issue.

On parle toujours mal quand on n'a rien à dire.
