Is there any hive fleet close to either one of those planets? I know in the BFG2 game there are Tyranid invasions in the Agripiniaa system but is that canon? How close is a hive fleet to Vigilus?

Depends on the definition of close. Hive Fleet Leviathan is "below the galactic plane" that is sort of euphemistically making it "close" to everything so that Nids can show up anywhere for summer campaigns. And they were recently at Baal which would make a pretty close to isoceles triangle between Macragge, Baal, and Agripinaa. Gryphonne IV can do pretty much the same the other direction.

So, going from Macragge to the other side of the galaxy, they are/have been about halfway across, and the Galactic Plane conceit is used to justify them popping up anywhere as they sneak around "below the surface" like the worms in Tremors.
