Quick one that should hopefully be fairly easy to clear up (had a google and so far haven't found a clear answer)

Are Armies of Infamy lists included in the Ravening Hordes / Forces of Fantasy books?
Or do they only include Grand Army lists (and so you need to buy each army's Arcane Journal books for the Army of Infamy lists)
