When a shaman is mounted on a chariot where do you measure from to cast spell??

Isn"t it also a 360 degree sight from the chariot??

Presumably the base. Chariots, if memory serves, gave their crew and passengers 360 degree line of fire. So specifically, the part of the base closest to the target.

chariots are an exception they have the rule



the formation is irrelevant in their case but only for shooting/spells not charging
