I try and get a game in most weekends so they see a fair amount of play. Though they can be a pain to transport!
The hazmat helmets are literally called 'Hazmat Heads' from Anvil Industries. They've got a very similar rebreather setup around the neck so it was a simple case of cutting that off the neophyte sculpt and just placing the head on top.

Thanks! At first i was a bit worried about human skin genestealers. The lore actually alludes to the tyranid infected members of the cult eventually birthing actual genestealers in a weird repeating cycle. Those stealers then go to infect new worlds and create new cults. I thought since they're literally being birthed by humans, it would make sense for them to have some more humanlike attributes, hence the skin tone. Thats my lore justification anyway. It was really just to keep everything cohesive.

it makes a lot of sense! genestealers take on the traits of their mother species, so i would similarly expect t'au or ork genestealers to mirror their own species' traits
