Is anyone aware of a source for waterslide decals of the Inquisition symbol? So something like this:

There are some on the old witchunter sheets that came with the SoB back in the day. Not as detailed as your pic. Not sure if there is anything newer.

I can't see anything relevant for sale on GW's site as having decals. Not like this, anyway.

You may try a special paper to print decals on ordinary home printer. I used it a long time ago to make Air Caste markings for Sunshark bomber, and I don't remember having any problems. You can see the results here:
