Anyone here using the Quartermaster app for iOS in their wargaming?

I want to switch away from Battlescribe, as its long in the tooth and clearly on its death throes. From what I can see in the App Store previews, Quartermaster layout looks iOS native, takes advantage of all the screen space on an iOS device, and seems to even support manual entries of new datasheets?

Any real life experiences with the app would be appreciated! The app only costs 9€ but I dont want to be going through the refund process unnecesarily if the app turns out to be crap

thanks

Are they still around? I thought they had stopped working on the app a while ago? If they are still active, I'd say it is worth it as I really liked it when I was (obviously) more actively using it 3-4+ years ago.

My only, minor complaints were that it was somewhat unintuitive if you were making a duplicate list with minor changes (like a campaign roster update after a round, but you still want to keep the previous roster for reasons) but once you had done it a few times, it was alright. I could see that being improved in later updates.

Depending on the faction, the wargear/magic item list was a lot of scrolling, but that is kind of the nature of things.

I tried messing with the custom datasheets to make lists for Gruntz (if you want an idea of how long ago this was) but for whatever reason I bounced off of it fairly hard and never had a reason to go back. Again, something that may have been improved in the years.

Otherwise, as far as 'make a list to play with that will be reasonably accurate' it did a good enough job for me that I would recommend it.

I used to use it, especially for Necromunda and it was awful most of the time.
Couldn't get game files to load to the app
Lists printed out in tiny micro writing.
It was very non-intuitive to use.

Have not bothered for 2-3 years to use it at all.

There are others who loved it, but it ended up just frustrating me.
