Mighty Chosen Warrior of Chaos

Hello, at some point during 6th ed WHFB, so 2000-2005, there was a White Dwarf article about theming your army, that included an in-depth look at Paul Gaynor's Night Goblins. They were themed to be traveling scrap merchants, the warboss was called Ma, they had a rock lobber that threw squigs and a two-headed conversion of an Albion giant.

The army was also featured very briefly in the Chronicles 2003 supplement.

Does anyone remember which White Dwarf issue this was? I'd like to look for at least an electronic copy but my Googling has returned naught.
