Hi all! I played a wee bit of Path to Glory 3rd Edition AoS with my DoK Melusai army, and am thinking about updating it to 4th edition. As I understand it every character leads a "regiment" of up to three units, so my current list looks a bit like this...

General's Regiment (660 pts)
Bloodwrack Shrine
5 Blood Stalkers
5 Blood Stalkers
5 Blood Stalkers

2nd Regiment (580 pts)
Melusai Ironscale
5 Blood Sisters
5 Blood Sisters
5 Blood Sisters

3rd Regiment (330 pts)

Now that gives me about 430 points to muck around with. Bearing in mind that I'm happy to take non-Snake Lady units if I can convert them to look like Snake Ladies (my Hag Queen for example is a conversion so she has the lower half of a Melusai), what are good options? Ideally they need to be units with bases big enough to fit the lower half of a Melusai on!

Currently honestly I'm leaning towards dropping the Hag Queen and Avatar of Khaine and just getting ol' Morathi herself...
