I'm more interested in building and painting but have decided I like the salamanders myself. For possible gameplay at some point, what starter kit or things should I purchase? I most likely won't play, just a hobby, but would love advice. Love the lore and the video games, just my first dabble in this table game. Just not sure if they have their own relevant pieces.

If you don’t care about gaming, just find the models you think are cool and get those.
Check the bundles, as they usually have some discounts, but always remember that if you only need SOME of a bundle box, it might be cheaper to just get the individual bits.

Thanks for the tips, I want to dabble in learning the rules and gameplay, plus constructing, and then maybe I'll feel I wanna actually play but that's a coin toss as I don't know yet.
