The Maggotkin of Nurgle battle trait "Blessed by the Plaguefather" says that you get to pick an enemy unit that is in combat with a friendly unit to infect.
Is this limited to only one unit? Lets say 5 enemy units are in combat with 5 friendly units. Do they all get infected? Or am I supposed to just choose one of them to infect?

It is Once per Turn (Army) End of Any Turn, so you can only pick one enemy unit for Infect.
