The new Slaves to Darkness Battletome has just appeared, and I have gone through the new Spearhead to see what is what...

... but the TL;DR is that they are a fine addition to Spearhead with plenty of opportunities to plonk your opponent around (a prerequisite to any Spearhead force, I am certain).

Nice review. I've already got all of this from Warcry and the original launch box, so looking forward to giving it a play. Do you really think the Savagers need to be a separate release? Apart from maybe the hag, the rest are pretty much regular looking Darkoath.

Always nice to have some variation - and I just don't want to buy a complete Spearhead box set to get that one unit. GW did not put them among the retail releases, and it would be nice to at least have the option via 'online only'.
