Happy Holidays and whatever y'celebrate.
I've been rattling around Dakka for a while and finally subscribed, so I figured it was about time for an intro.

I'm an old Canadian guy currently living and working in a very frustrating winter wonderland.

Been playing 40K since RT days with my RTB01s to start, then a massive amount of Eldar.
Some years I paint and some years I don't for one reason or t'other. Depends on number of spoons and level of exhaustion. Currently I am in a painting year.
I also collect and devour the novels and have a book case groaning under the weight of the lore.

Got a few hundred poorly painted marines, a few hundred slightly better painted Eldar (with Harlequins) as well as some other interesting GW minis that I just liked the look of.
Currently splitting time between collecting and painting Sisters (both metal and plastic) and Arbites (also both metal and plastic).
Got a fair chunk of Necromunda minis too.
I also might have started collecting Militarum now too.

Haven't played since 5th ed, but might get back into it. Maybe I'll start small with Kill Team and Combat Patrol to get my feet wet again.
I am lucky that I've a half dozen stores all within a reasonable drive so plenty of places to shop and play.

I'll definitely be tossing some stuff into my personal gallery from time to time, though I am not a great photographer - I point and shoot.

But that's me then! I hope y'all have a fantastic whatever week this is. May all your dice behave! (Mostly)

Welcome to Dakka! Good to have ya. I hope your holidays have been merry and your painting streak lasts a long time.

I started with Eldar back around the orginal DoW. Sounds like a cool collection. Some new plastic Kriegers could make a nice addition!
