If a Inquisitor leads an infantry squad can the unit still receive orders?

I see nothing to indicate the presence of an Inquisitor (or any other character) interferes with Orders.

I think this works. Inquisitors can lead any IMPERIUM BATTLELINE INFANTRY squad and the combined unit would still retain its <REGIMENT> keyword, meaning it can be ordered.

I thought you might be able to use this to double up the inquisitor's psychic torrent but 'First Rank, Fire! Second Rank, Fire!' only works on rapid fire weapons
