One of the boards at the FLGS has a river that runs through the board and a bridge in the middle.
I was looking in the rules, but couldn't find any rules for water hazards.
Is it just difficult terrain? Or is it impassable to non flyers?

Anuvver fing - when they do sumfing, they try to make it look like somfink else to confuse everybody. When one of them wants to lord it over the uvvers, 'e says "I'm very speshul so'z you gotta worship me", or "I know summink wot you lot don't know, so yer better lissen good". Da funny fing is, arf of 'em believe it and da over arf don't, so 'e 'as to hit 'em all anyway or run fer it. |

Nope. I'm confusing Horus Heresy (30k) with 10th edition.

There are no official rules for difficult terrain anymore so if you are going to use the river in your game you should discuss with your opponent if you want there to be any house rules when dealing with it.

Honestly I love the -2 to movement but provides cover like ________ (craters or something else). Making it impassible might really make the whole game board about one bridge and whoever has units with fly.
I remember when Chimeras were Amphibious and could ignore water features. Those were the days.
