Can Purifiers use both their bolters and purifying flames attacks

in the same shooting phase?

When you shoot, each model can use either:

1) All its Pistols

-OR-

2) All its non-Pistols

So, yes, you can use bolters and flames at the same time.

what i was asking can you use all of the purifying flame 10 shots,

and then in same turn fire all other weapons 10 bolters

in other words firing twice not either or!

That's not firing twice; that's firing once and using two weapons at the same time. And yes, you can.
