Here are my guesses as to what was used:

Prime:
-Chaos Black

Basecoat:
-Kantor Blue on uniform, coat
-Mournfang Brown on leather- front pouch, gloves, boots, leather straps, holsters
-Leadbelcher on metal- mask tube, weapons, backpack canister, vox, heavy weapons team helmet and shoulderpad
-Steel Legion Drab on mask

Layer:
-Eshin Grey on helmet, shoulder pads
-Karak Stone on backpack bedroll

Wash:
-Agrax Earthshade on Mournfang Brown, Steel Legion Drab
-Nuln Oil on Leadbelcher
-Drakenhof Nightshade on Kantor Blue
-Reikland Fleshshade on Brass Scorpion, Hashut Copper

Highlights and Detail:
-Brass Scorpion on sword hilts, daggers, scabbard parts
-Leadbelcher on helmet crest, front pouch instrument
-Vallejo Fluorescent Green over Corax White for energy glow, electronic screens
-Highlight Karak Stone over Steel Legion Drab on mask

Basing:
-Base with Huge Miniatures Desert Texture Paste
-Weather base with Huge Miniatures Sand weathering powder, and apply weathering on the boots and lower coat areas for effect
-1-2 Huge Miniatures Desert Grass Tuft on base to fill in empty space
-Abaddon Black on base rim

Let me know if you guys can't see the images, thanks. Ive tried looking through youtube for an approximate recipe for the greatcoat color, but it seems its darker than anything that was used online.

Might be a trick of the light, but those uniforms look glossy to me - I did my 'urban combined arms' regiment in a blue color - the Fang (or shadow grey/blue as it was back then) then a wash of nuln oil gloss would pretty much do it.

Someone else has also said it would be The Fang, maybe with Russ Grey? Then Agrax on top

I think if we can know what the 3 pots are behind the models in the first pictures, then we'll know what exactly the colors they used
