In the last update I noticed that Oath of the Moment changed for Space Marines.

Do Deathwatch and Black Templar no longer get the wound reroll?

If you're NOT using any rules found outside of Codex: Space Marines, then you also get +1 to Wound against your Oath target. So, no, Black Templars and Deathwatch don't get that bonus.
