Greetings folks!

I was thinking about buying a couple of repulsor executioners that I found online and making the following space wolf force. Note: I have everything except for the repulsors and so this is kinda an attempt to see if you folks think it's "worth it" in terms of making a decent list.

Anyway, here goes:

[Space wolves transport assault]

Repulsor executioner 220
x2
=
440

Grey hunters (5) 85
WGPL in term armor 40
=
125

Grey hunters (5) 85
WGPL in term armor 40
=
125

Land Raider 240

Land raider crusader 220

Wolfguard (10) 170
Librarian 65
=
235

Wolf guard Term (5) 185
WGBL 75
Cap in term 95
=
355

Vanguard vets (5) 110
x2
=
220

So the plan would be to load up the grey hunters into the repulsor executioners and the wolf guard and wolf guard terminators into the two land raiders, then I move up the board with vanguard in reserve until they can pop in on turn 2. I figure the repulsors pop the hunters on objectives and everyone else does a little seek and destroy.

Thoughts?

Thanks in advance!

You have a lot of eggs in just a couple baskets. Not a lot of units to screen, take actions, etc.

Looks thematic, fluffy, and fun. Bit of a skew list with just a few chonky tanks on the table, but not entirely so.

Thanks for the reply!

That's also great to hear because thematic, fluffy, fun and maybe not too terribly competitive is kind of my brand :-)

Looks like someone is getting a few repulsors! Lol!
