Stealthy Warhound Titan Princeps

I'm trying to find any paint company that produces the colors needed for these fun forge-moon skitarii from Deimos.
I know WD had some suggestions in its Contact section in the past year or so, but I don't have access to those old issues.
The armor appears to be a metallic terra-cotta color...

That looks like you could just use Screaming Bell for a deep copper like that.

A metallic gold basecoat with a contrast paint or speed paint on top should do the trick. GW's Blood Angels Red contrast would be a good choice.

I'd say that depends on how well the gold you intend to use covers the underlying basecoat. White is probably not a good idea if you want a darker golden base. Personally I like a medium to dark brown base for my gold.
On the other hand, if you want to preshade, you use all of the above from dark to light. Since Contrast paint isn't great to touch up, getting your highlights on the model before applying it is always a good idea.
Also note (in case you haven't used it yet) that Blood Angels Red is one of those Contrast paints that finishes pretty opaque and can use some thinning if you want the metallic base to have an effect.

This is will be my first time painting models that aren't a shade of shiny silver or black.
This is entirely out of my wheelhouse.
My paintjob will be really basic and probably ruined when I attempt to nuln oil some shadows into the recesses of the model.

The beauty of this technique is that there should be minimal work once that final red contrast goes on top. So do all your shading and highlighting on the gold layer and then finish with a thin, red contrast. Some practice is recommended to get the red thinned to just the way you like.

I kinda want to steal that blue color for the Tempestus Aquilon Weathermen.
What color is that exactly?
