I wonder if you could design it with a clamp on the bottom so that it can mount on a table. That might well help reduce the vibrations on the hands that a person experience when using it.

Yes, that certainly is possible. To design a sort of attachment that can be screwed on in stead of the handle.

I am currently also working on a 100% hand cranked version:

I am about to build something similar. In place of your flat "gun barrel" piece, I'm going to use a repurposed jigsaw blade. Then I can just pop it into a variable speed jigsaw and use that reciprocating motion.

Are you making different bottle holders for different brands? I want to make one with a separate top and bottom that slide to accommodate anything.

I will be making more attachments for different brands. Working on citadel 3pack now.

Making a more universal holder sounds interesting, I thought about it, curious to see what you would come up with.

Note: this design is for anyone that hasn't a jigsaw or any machine with a reciprocal motion.

I got the idea from this guy-

The paint holder starts at 1:10. The basic concept is a fixed base, and a top that slides along a linear slot and tightens with a wing nut. I like his ideas of having a hole in that top piece for pointed bottles, and using a secondary velcro wrap for safety.

The main difference in my design is that I'm attaching his main plate to a jigsaw blade so it fits in the jigsaw perfectly.

I see a lot of people online using small commercial clamps as a paint holder-

But I think that would be too heavy. I'm using 0.025" aluminum, which is like $6 at Lowes for a small sheet.
