The local GW shop is a stickler for 3rd party stuff (even if they don't seem to notice a guy's 3d printed Tau).

I am looking to make the Shield Captain or Blade Champion into a female.

Do any GW heads fit these models?

I have heard that female Stormcast heads scale with Marines, but haven't tried myself.

Maybe ask at the LGS if anyone has some to try out?

The Navy Breachers kit has a bunch of nice looking female heads as well. I haven’t tried attaching them to a Custodes, but I assume that most plastic parts can be made to work with a little filing and/or greenstuff.

Leagues of Votann basic infantry kit has lots of female heads. Maybe there is some Votann player in your shop who has few left.

I don't play AoS, but do the female Sigmarines fit?

I was looking up Necromunda heads, but none look the part.
