Competitive wise, which Necron detachements is/are the best right now? And why?

I haven't been keeping up with competitive metas much, but last I heard the two strongest 'cron detachments were:

Hyperphase Crypt: because uppy downy is good for scoring and it combos well with C'tan.

Starshatter or whatever it's called; the grotmas detachment. Because it makes a lot of necrons' killiest units even more killy and durable. (4++ to something like a doomsday ark; the ability to hide a unit after it gets shot.) Starshatter kind of just lets you autodelete anything that tries to stand on a no man's land objective. My games against it have largely been about avoiding primaries, doing my best to score secondaries, and aggressively killing any 'cron units that try to score primary points.

Basically, my opponent and I just prioritize letting eachother stand on objectives or shoot anything valuable. Lots of hiding and stand-offs.

Today's points changes favour the Canoptek Court (Doomstalkers, Wraiths, Technomancers all getting cuts).

Obeisance Phalanx and Annihilation Legion are the weak detachments, all of the others can hold their own (Hypercrypt for efficient scoring, the others for fighting).
