If you're trying to keep the list as cheap as possible, more warriors is a good choice, since the 9th edition box came with so many, there's still lots on the secondary market for pretty cheap.
The Catacomb command barge will fill more points and is a character which fits your theme of characters, fights better in melee, and has more broad support for the rest of your army. The Annihilation Barge gets better shooting, especially vs horde armies, but falls short elsewhere. That said, when building an army on the cheap, having the extra Overlord on foot does save some cost.
Canoptek Doomstalkers are a pretty cheap kit that fills a lot of points and is pretty good on the table. (They also look great too.)
Another thing to take note. Points wise (unless you're both playing codex as written) updated points for your models are listed in the Munitorum Field Manuals that come out through the Warhammer Community Website. For example, Annihilation Barges are now 105 points rather than 115 points. (Some also have differnet points for small vs large squads) Ex: 5 Immortals are 70, while 10 are 150)
So, with what you have now at current points:
Overlord: 85 pts
Translocation Overlord: 85 pts
Immortals x5: 70pts
Warriors x10: 90pts
Lokhust Heavy x2: 110pts
Annihilation Barge: 105pts
Total Points: 545 so far.
If we add a few easy to pick up units:
Warriors x10: 110pts (to add them with the existing ones costs more points, but they are stronger as 20)
Canoptek Doomstalker: 140pts
Immortals die off really fast at only 5, so a block of 10 of them is pretty good too. +5 Immortals: 85pts (again the larger cost to max squad size a unit.
So that takes us to 880 points and gives you a fair few fighty units.
For some extra utility, I'd recommend a Royal Warden for your Warrior blob. They are pretty cheap to get second hand since they were in the starter box too and they can be attached to a unit that already has an Overlord. They allow the unit to fall back and shoot which prevents you from getting tied up in a bad melee, since warriors have very little in they way of melee punching power. +50 points.
With only 70 points left to spend, you want a cheap little unit that can do things other than fighting. This can be something sneaky that can safely do objectives, or something that doesn't hit hard, but can take a charge in place of your stronger units.
The best unit for this would be some Flayed Ones at 60 points. They can infiltrate up the board to slow your opponents advance, they have stealth so they are reasonable hard to shoot off the table, and they hit pretty well in melee if you want them to finish off an injured enemy unit. Only problem is the kit is stupid expensive for the models / points that you get in it.
Other options could be some scarab swarms. 3 bases of them is 40 points and you should have some already from your warrior kits. They can't do objectives since they are OC 0, but they can run in front of your other units to protect them and they have 4 wounds each which takes a bit to chew through. (With the available points left over here you could get an enhancement for your warlord and/or upgrade your Annihilation Barge to a command barge for +15 points, this would mean picking up another overlord, but it's another unit that's reasonably cheap on the secondary market from being in the starter set)
Otherwise, the only thing that would still fit would either be 5 more Immortals of 5 Deathmarks.
Hope that helps your out with your list building. Necrons are one of my favourite armies and I hope you have a good time with them too.
