Looking to paint some House Taranis Knights. Anyone know to make this nice blue color?

I'd use Kantor Blue and shade with Nuln Oil, before working out what I want to do with highlights (maybe mixing Kantor Blue and Altdorf Blue/Fenrisian Grey to do lighter and lighter highlights), but it depends if you want a solid blue colour, or if you want a metallic shine to it. Maybe successive coats of Leviadon Blue or Ultramarine Blue contrast over an Iron Hands Steel or Stormhost Silver base, if the latter? Not sure what Vallejo (or other) equivalents would be.
