Is there some list/guide in which order read new lore. For me new is what published 8ed and later.

If you want an ordered list of every publication since 2018 you're probably not going to be able to find that. Most people write up reading orders to hone in on a topical focus; if someone wants to read everything, just do it in publication order.

This website has a variety of proposed reading orders for different topics: https://www.trackofwords.com/?s=reading+order
This list is most of the "moving the metaplot forward" content: https://www.trackofwords.com/2021/01/10/black-library-new-40k-reading-list/

The Watchers of the Throne series is the best setting-advancing series, for me.
It might be fair to consider the Dawn of Fire series the "main" setting-advancing series.
Campaign books and codexes will usually have the most condensed, pure jet fuel lore.

The Dark Imperium novels set up the new post-Rift Imperium.

Dawn of Fire has been the latest long term story for 40k.

These two series will get you the gist of things.

All of the Dawn of Fire books include an appendix section that gives some really great details of the broader Indomitus Crusade. However, the last Dawn of Fire, The Silent King instead features a full chronological order of books with any link to DoF, with descriptions for each. Note that some of the links are as small as a side character's backstory. I have listed them in order below:
Vaults of Terra: The Carrion Throne
The Fall of Cadia
Vaults of Terra: The Hollow Mountain
Watchers of the Throne: The Emperor's Legion
The Lords of Silence
Dawn of Fire: Avenging Son
Minka Lesk: The Last Whiteshield
Knights of Macragge
Void King
Dawn of Fire: The Gate of Bones
Watchers of the Throne: The Regent's Shadow
Ephrael Stern: The Heretic Saint
Dawn of Fire: The Wolftime
Vaults of Terra: The Dark City
Dawn of Fire: Throne of Light
Dawn of Fire: The Iron Kingdom
Dawn of Fire: The Martyr's Tomb
Dawn of Fire: The Sea of Souls
Indomitus
Dawn of Fire: The Hand of Abaddon
Huron Blackheart: Master of the Maelstrom
Dawn of Fire: The Silent King
Dark Imperium
Dark Imperium: Plague War
Dark Imperium: Godblight
Belisarius Cawl: The Great Work
Genefather
The Devastation of Baal
The Lion: Son of the Forest
