"new" (playing on/off since 5e, have an old dakka acct somewhere ) returning to 40k after a hiatus since 8e!

Love all things tabletop & hobby related, also an avid video gamer.

I mainly play Ultramarines , GSC , and looking to start a Tyranid army (naturally).

Located in Southern NY/Suburban NYC, my local is The Rift comics & collectibles (just moved here and haven't established myself at this shop yet)

I have no problem travelling by train to NYC for a day to get some games in at the Greenwich village warhammer store! (or any other gaming store in manhattan)

Anyone else from southern NY/ WC county? If so I wanna ask a trivia question - Who remembers the legendary place named Comic book Heaven?

I work in IT for local gov't and really enjoy what I do, serving the area I live in and its people is very rewarding.

I also speak spanish in addition to english, pero estoy aprendiendo. Would love to get a game in with another spanish speaker to hone my speaking skills.
