Battleground is back and bigger than ever before! This year's event will be taking place on Saturday 29th November and it'll be our second year in the new venue. Last year we were hit with a major storm on the day so we've booked better weather for this year! The show is open 10am until 3pm and entry is completely FREE!

We've got 32 Traders booked in and you can see all of these on the Battleground website here: https://www.battlegroundshow.co.uk/traders  There's a few new names this year, including Ontos Games and Warpaint Figures, as well as the return of Little Corporal, Newline Designs and Tiger Miniatures!

We've also managed to squeeze in a massive 28 Games this year with a nice mix of Display and Participation, so head over and check those out here: https://www.battlegroundshow.co.uk/games

We'll be joined by 4 Living History groups, with La Columna (SCW), East India (19th C.), Vanguard (Medieval) and Dawn of Chivalry (Medieval combat) all attending this year.

The Tabletop Sale is as popular as always and is fully booked already. We've got several people on the reserve list too so we're not expecting any space for walk-up bookings this year unfortunately.

Our Historical Talks are always well attended and this year we've got 3 on offer:

10:30am: Tony Fox - Sunderland and the Spanish Civil War
11:15am: John Wilson - The action at Sheikh Sa'id, November 1914
12:45pm: Sean and Lorrain McCartney - The Percy family and the Civil Wars

All of the show info can be found on either the Battleground website here: http://www.battlegroundshow.co.uk/ or our Facebook page here: https://www.facebook.com/events/1115143343377938  If you've got any questions about the event, just let us know.

So, don't forget to tell your friends and we'll see you there!
