Hey,

Hello to you all and I hope you are all well !

I am an absolute beginner ! Have thought about getting started many times and have talk with friends about it but I am now ready !! Need help and advice. Enjoying dipping into lore and reading and trying to get to know what's what before I start collecting.

Got some serious learning to do so any tip, advice or hints are welcome !!

Hello! Welcome to Dakka.

40k General Discussion is a great place to get started with questions.

General evergreen advice? Don't buy too much at one time. Buy a couple boxes, at most 500 points, and get those assembled and at least primed before collecting more.

For books I also recommened Horus rising if you like space marine lore, Gaunt's Ghosts if you like the Guard aka AM, and Ciaphais Cain if you want a cracking, funny read. The Infinite and the Divine is my favorite non-Imperium book.
