Not sure if this has been asked.
But when do we get the miracle dice is it per turn or per battle round. ( I know about units dying and abilities etc)
Codex says turn but the app says battle round. I can not find an errata anywhere clarifying this. I assume go off the codex as I have seen players do that on live streams etc.

At the start of the battle round.
The codex is the first draft released by GW and as people use it and they discover what is too strong and too weak they release the Balance Dataslate and faction packs to make any major changes they need.
Since they can't change the physical books after they have been sent to print any changes will be reflected in the app so if the two are in conflict it is usually the app that is correct and what I would go with. Sites like Wahapedia are also good as they have up to date rules.
The errata is in the Balance Dataslate v 3.4 page 3.
If they are using the codex in live streams they are either using incorrect rules or have made changes in the codex themselves.
