This may have applicability to a few questions but i was just wondering. I know the Universal rules trump codex rules. But wasn't there something by GW that stated that the Universal rules did not effect limitations on the codex rules? For example, Infiltrating statured princess and berzerkers?

I would have sworn I had read somewhere that the limitations remained though the "rule" in the codex was replaced.

Am I on drugs or does anyone else remember this? If i am wrong then I am soooo taking an infiltrating/statured/speeded prince.

Thanks.

It was posted in the GW forum on the unofficial sticky posts. Basically they indicated that any unit that couldn't use something before 4th edition can't suddenly now do it because of the USR update.

But again, that is unofficial. . .I have no idea why they don't just put the limitations into the proper codex FAQs. . .

They don't do it b/c that would make sense. Well, at least my memory isn't going yet.
