"The Necron forces designated The Sentinel of the Dragon and the 74th Dragon Legion in the Hydra Sector, Unit AQ013.X5 Commander of the Silent Echo in Telosia Sector, and Taskmyr of the Third C?tan Army in the Telosia Sector have consistently annihilated any opposing force they have encountered."

Who is Taskmyr ???

It was my firm belief Taskmyr was my affectionate name for my third nipple, but I may be wrong...

But seriously, I thought I read somewhere there were more than the two c'tans, that there are quite a few. Perhaps this is one of the lesser known ones?

I think it's just the name someone gave their general, as you're required to have a name for your army's leader when registering.

Name of the general and army as entered by the player... Were it space marines instead of Necrons, you could have had something along the lines of:
"The Space Marines forces designated Uriel Ventris and the Ultramarines 4th Company in the Hydra Sector, Dante Commander of the Blood Angels in Telosia Sector, and Marneus Calgar of the Ultramarines in the Telosia Sector have consistently annihilated any opposing force they have encountered."

(Note the two smurf armies; looks like those reports are script generated, as there doesn't seem to be any check of the outcome message being done. Thus if two players decided to field the same army (or similar), they could possibly both appear on the resume...

As far as I know, there are four known C'Tan, two of which are awake, The Dragon (believed to be on Mars) and The Outsider (inside a Dyson Sphere at the southern end of the galaxy) being the others. I've never done more than skim over the Necron codex, though, so I wouldn't know if those are the only four, or if there may be others.
