The giant knight helm is... slightly over-the-top...

As a rule of thumb, the designers do not hide "easter eggs" in the rules. If clever reading is required to unlock some sort of hidden option, then it is most likely the result of wishful thinking.

I like the concept but the execution is somewhat lacking, the helm while clear is lacking in detail and interest I believe it would look better if it was much smaller. what you've done with the rest of the body is excellend. the added details are really nice, the battle damage looks realistic.

Dear Whiny Space Marine Players, you get 3+ armor saves on all your troops (save scouts), Assault cannons, a huge assortment of vehicles and weapons, arguably one of the best if not THE best tank in the game, funny helmets, and a partrige in a pear tree.
suck it up, space marines. You're the emperor's chosen superhuman warriors. stop whining like a guardsmen and take it like a superman! |

I'm going to have to agree that the head is rather silly looking. I don't know exactly what you were going for, so I won't comment too much on that. The rest of the greenstuffing looks great, however.

I agree that the big head may be a bit comical looking, but also it may look better once painted. I've seen more than a few sculpts that I didn't think would work, then they turn out absolutely fantastic with the right paint job.
Personally, I think it would have looked a lot better with the head up higher, and gives it a very Chaos feel. But it definitely is interesting looking, and I'd like to see the painted result.

Okay, I must know, what were you thining? I do not mean that in a "man yer a dumass" kind away, but this is such a strange look, I just must know what the thought process was that braught you to this conversion.

If the head were more proportional it would be the bomb. All the other Green stuff looks spot on.

I'd also suggest boring out the A/C barrels with a pin vise like I did on mine, but that's just me. Also love the battle damage.

I say damn the torpedoes and don't listen to any of the criticism! I dig the medeival feel of the thing and with the right paintjob, that dread will look fantastic. You clearly have some excellent GS skills, and seeing your "poorly" done termies (I wish my termies were done that "poorly"!!!), you obviously can paint well too. Thanks for sharing!

There's nothing wrong with the size of it's head but place it higher on the model.

I like it. There is a place for slightly over-the-top. It reminds me of something Terry Gilliam might have animated. The power fist needs to be holding a frickin' great mace, though.
