I voted "Someones home" because that is where I game most frequently, but I could have voted "Local GW store." "Local indie store," and "conventions" because I game at those also.

Amongst the Stars, In the Night

In the past year, all of my gaming has been at someone's home with one exception when earlier this year I did play at a GW store. There, with my VC army composed overwhelimingly of GW figs, I had the handfull of non-GW figs I was using for all of my heroes, characters and other personalities (predicatably) banned from being shown, much less placed on the table. Haven't been back since, though I'll admit it's not as if I frequented GW stores in the first place, much prefering to patronize local indies and/or Retailorz Uv Teh Intarweb.

I should add the word 'usually' or 'most often' to these instructions.

local game store, it's close, it stays open late on my gaming night(usually there till 1am), i can play 40K and classic battletech with a large pool of players and it has a large well stocked gaming area.

About half of my games are at Conventions and Competitions, the rest are usually army trials and practice runs at stores.

FLGS. The fact that they have open tables is the reason I attempt to funnel all my gaming purchase through them as well.

I have not played a single game since moving from Ireland a year ago, work has just been too busy. When i get the time i slowly convert and paint minis, so that in another year i may have an army again.

Also, airsofting has been a much more attractive hobby lately.

Most of the time (80% or so), at a home. The remainder at a FLGS (19%) . Perhaps 2 games a year at the Chicago GW Bunker (1%).

Don't you have gaming clubs in America?

My club, CLWC, played in a pub, which is the only civilised place to play wargames.

My group, D Company is a drinking club that games. Most gaming clubs may also drink, but we get our priorities straight.
