who can take it? I know chaos space marine squads. but can you take corruption and chaos marks and a skill? for example corruption, khorne, and furious charge or corruption and the mark of tzeentch?

Disclaimer: This is the 1st printing, and I don't have the now dissappeared FAQ, but because I've never heard anything contrary to this, I'm going to say it anyway.
As long as they're Chaos Space Marines, they can take corruption in addition to anything else they have, such as a mark or skill.

2nd Printing says only unmarked CSM squads, and only CSM squads not bikers or raptors or any other unit.

From the 3rd Printing:
"...any number of Chaos Space Marine squads without a Mark of Chaos (and only Chaos Space Marine squads -- not Bikers, Raptors, or any other unit) can be 'enhanced' by Bile's treatment."
The codex actually has the word "only" bolded, but Dakka's editor doesn't like me again today.
