For those of who who have checked out my Valkyries pics, you'll know that I'm building up a female astartes army.
Right now there are no plans for terminators, since I've never been able to come up with a way of making female terminator armor that I'm even remotely happy with.
The legs from the plastic tau stealth suits could work, since the armor looks very thick but has some curves to it.  I'd have to replace the hoofed feet, but I have no clue as to what to use for a torso that would look right.
I am looking for suggestions as to what I could use to make a suitable torso on top of the stealth suit legs.

Thanks

Man, that's the joy of Anime! To revel in the complete and utter wastefullness of making an unstoppable nuclear-powered combat andriod in the shape of a cute little girl, who has the ability to fall in love and wears an enormous bow in her hair.

I've honestly never understood the need to make 'anatomically correct' power armor. I mean if you get your rocks off looking at power armor w/ boobs, go for it, but there always seemed to be plenty of extra room in the armor for a little extra fat tissue anyway. We're not talking about the shape hugging armor of the Eldar here. I really don't think they'd have to make external accomodations for the girlie bits - except maybe a ~slightly~ bulged chest cavity. (I would guess that Female marines would be fall into the 'athletic' rather than 'voluptuous' body shapes anyway.)

Having said that, I don't know that anything more than a head swap, and possibly shortening up the arms and legs, is necessarily in order...especially for Terminators.  for power armor Marines you could add a small shim between the anterior and posterior carapace halves with a cut-out and repositioning of the abdomen and a little rework of the neck join if you feel it's needed.

I don't think terminator armor would need to be 'anatomically correct'. The armor is supposed to be very large and bulky. I don't think there would be a need for an extended chest cavity. Considering how large the armor is supposed to be, it may be a little disturbing to see a female that would need extra room in the chest.

Why not just use a couple helmet-less terminators and give them female heads? That should give the illusion of a female terminator squad.

Could you biggerize the St. Celestine armour a little bit and make it work as termie armour?

I can see why he'd want that, nothing in GW-dom is realistic, everything is over the top.  If he wanted he could have used normal marines as female marines and realisically there'd be no difference.  Terminators are the same.  If you're making female termis, you want them to be identifyably female.

I think you'd ahve to go beyond GW figures, there's one company that does large female power armor, they're the ones who advertise their scavanger game?  they ahve a truck?  darn.  now it will bother me.
