I have 4 squads of deamons in my 1500 point list.

I also have a squad of 4 bikes, two squads of five marines, a squad of 8 marines, and a lord to summon them.

Will they stay alive long enough to summon all four squads?

At 1850, I've only got 5 icons in my force. YMMV

Hey Strafed,

Im very sure you won't have problems in that department, If I recall correctly you have Infiltrate on all the infantry squads, which is great for you get to deploy last in many cases. Also you have the Bikers. With these factors you can essentially choose a flank of your opponents army and focus all your power there. Also using the Bikers 24" move you can redeploy most half your army by summoning the Daemons of those. You can effectively dictate where to engage against many opposing armies: this greatly reduces the chance of casualties.

You have seen my list (in your thread in Amry lists) I have never come even close to not being able to summon with that list. It is comparable to yours in how many and what kind of Icons it has. You'll be fine I think (unless maybe when you play a SAFH opponent on an empty table - always use the 25" terrain rule!).

The trouble with our kinds of lists isn't the summoning as it is very mobile (skimmer) army lists (Necron with Veil and Monolith, Mounted Tau, Mounted Eldar: these are the anathema of Daemonbomb lists)

Good luck with the list, let us know how you're doing with it.

Cilithan out...
