Starting a Speed Freaks army and decided the trukk models 1)suck and 2) are really small vehicle models.  I wanted to give each one a unique appearance (as I'm pretty sure there isn't a STC the orks use), increase the footprint to the size of a rhino, and make some standard boyz driving (resculpted legs not pictured).  I've almost finished converting them; just waiting for all my grotz.

Orky enough?

Holy Crap, man! Those are WAY Orky enough! They have gobbs of character! They look kinda funny since they still retain the same wheel base of the old trukks. But they are still Mad Cool! Kudos! I wanna see them painted!

I actually cut the trukk base and added an extended drive shaft to make the wheel base an inch longer. There is about an inch and a half of overhang but that's as far as the plows in front stick out (they don't look lopsided from the side).

Very nice. They are very orky, and very customized. I wish I could do work this good.

Those are great! The basic trukk is okay, just too small and needs a better driver. Great solutions you have here, very orky and they look like they were fun to make. I enjoyed looking at these, thanks for posting. There are great ideas here, and you've inspired me to take a similar course with my own trukks.

Currently in flight school so not that much time for painting 40k.  Finally painted a squad of boyz (but don't have any mega-armoured Nobz yet...) and their trukk.  My squads are gonna each have a uniform piece of clothing to designate their squad; these guys have blue shirts.

Pardon the blurry pics
