Eh, not much details. Other than he was communicating with me on behalf of someone that lives in Africa. He was saying that he was going to pay with a Western Union Money Order and that his "client" has mailed it. I responded saying that once I receive payment and it clears that I'll ship the item. He replied by saying: I will talk to my "client" about it. It's been 3 days and I haven't heard from him. So I said screw it and relisted it.

sounds about the standard spiel, especailly now that hes no longer a registered bidder! one of the best things to do is state on the auction where you will ship to and state you wont ship to africa! ive started doing that on the high value stuff i sell. saves people buggering the auction up and if they do use buy it now i instantly relist and start FVF as they couldnt follow the instructions!
