Hi ya'll,

1.  Is the BA Black Rage movement  affected by difficult terrain?  And if so how do you handle it (a) cut the movement in half, (b) roll 2d6 and take highest?  Does it help BA vehicles using Black Rage movement to have a bull dozer blade for  them or do they also ignore terrain?

Black Rage ignores terrain

thx, but is this in a GW faq or is it just inferred? Eldar have fleet of foot and Witchhunters have Holy Rage, both of which ignores terrain, so the BA's Black Rage should follow suit?

You got the wrong answer there...
BGB pg. 16 under Random & Cumpulsory Movement tells us that the distance is halved unless otherwise stated.
It's not otherwise stated, at least not in my Codex: Blood Angels or the v4.1 FAQ.

I have nothing useful to add.

Sorry thehod, but there is no place in the BA codex or FAQ (I'm a BA player) that states this bonus movement ignores terrain. VERY surprisingly, I've been called on it by my opponents who question me for not going my full movement. You can't give, or infer, extra abilities to your figures, that are not in print.
