Image Description:
The boonie hats and much of the general look is inspired by the Green Beret horse soldiers who operated in Afghanistan circa 2001, but I tried to have red ties on them where I could. The minis are kitbashed together from Victoria Miniatures 'Rough Rider Legs' and Saurus Knight mounts, along with various bits from GW and Anvil Industries. The beards are just painted on, but look pretty good in general for Catachans with their lack of grooming. I also gave them all some tattoos for good measure. |
