I really love the idea behind this unit. It makes so much sense that in wartime the local (armed) police would do their part. And the wheeled Chimera reminds me a lot of some armored anti-riot vehicles, especially without the lasguns sticking out in the back. Also: very impressive work on the mud on the left vehicle. |

Cheers, was stoked when I finally found the decals and again when they arrived. I wanted the chimera to be pretty standard, obviously having wheels, because transferable skill from civilian vehicles. Don't like the paddly look of the las-guns sticking out the back, just standard ball turrets for me. Went a bit wild with that mud, and it really shows on the white strip. The police lights are just sprue, so happy GW makes their sprue just the right shape. :) |
