I put together a (very minor) kitbash for my brother's birthday back in September. It was a fun project, and I learned a little more about weathering, although I'm still pretty bad at it. Lots of Agrax Earthshade involved too. The suppressor on the bolt rifle is actually a hacked up T'au flamer, from the old XV8 Crisis Suit sculpt.
I definitely need to get a macro lens if I want to keep taking pictures of my models. It's a pain in the ass to get things right with a 50mm or 85mm prime lens. |
