It seems like alien 'animals' are a known thing - neither the ICC tribunal nor the marines seem to regard Ripley as delusional for saying she encountered a lifeform at all, just that it was enough of a threat to necessitate blowing up a ship, or could be any trouble for armed soldiers to deal with. |
