Necromunda Ash Waste Juve.IIRC, his backpack is amde from an upside-down Chaos backpack with some wires and bits added (maybe some sort of weird device to harness his psychic powers to make him a psychic lightning rod), his hands were removed so some thin plastic 'disks' could be inserted to make the manacle, and the chain was from a hobby store intended for model ships.
The cables to his face mask is actually two wires, but they're kind of melded together in this photo. |
