Alright I see what you mean there! I use kind of an odd way of painting the skin because I want it to reflect that they are fighting in a frezing cold landscape so I use dwarf flesh to start with and then I use badab black over that to get some shadows. I then use a thick drybrush of skull white so that the skin gets a ragged and cold feel to it. It does not look to good when you zoom in but on tabletop it looks perfect. Thanks for the opinion!
