yeah, it is. i've been trying various decal techniques to make them look better and that was the first attempt that didn't turn out as well as i'd hoped. the decal fitted the robes pretty well but the borders are still too obvious. |

A fair bit of that, lol. The next attempt actually went alot better in regards to the visible borders of the decal. The key I've found is to gloss coat before AND after a decal before adding on a flat coat. Decal softener helps a bit with getting into the folds but I've been hit or miss with softener (it tends to break the decal as often as folding it into recesses). |
