Image Description:
I painted the Sanguinary guard by using a vomit brown base coat, then drybrushing with shining gold. I followed that with an ogryn flesh wash before painting the details. All the blood drops were painted red gore then highlighted with blood red. The wings were painted bleach bone the washed with baal red and finished with a skull white highlight. All of the parchment on the guard were painted with bleached bone.
I painted the power weapons by basecoating it regal blue. Then I painted small zigzag lines in enchanted blue and highlighted those lines with a small amount of ice blue to finish the effect. |
